Four members of the Groundhopper fraternity travelled hundreds of miles to visit Bungay for Saturday's game and add the Maltings Meadow to their tick list.
Craig Dabbs was there from Northampton, Chris Berezai from Long Eaton, Peter Oldroyd from Wakefield and Graham Taylor from Nottingham.
Mr Dabbs said the venue was a ground held in high regard and was without doubt one of the best in the Anglian Combination.
As he praised the fine facilities at the Black Dogs headquarters, he said: "I’ve been looking at getting over from my home in Northampton for some time.
"We have enjoyed the day".
His first visit to a non-league ground was Worcester City in 1993.
In the early 2000s he discovered organised groundhops and the chance to visit multiple grounds in a small area over the course of a weekend.
"It is a great way of socialising with others who share a passion for non-league football," Mr Dabbs added.
