Plans to build 15 new homes in a quiet East Suffolk village have been given the green light.
The land to the rear of Pine Tree Close in Holton is the area which is to be developed on.
It comes after plans were approved to develop 161 homes in the neighbouring town of Halesworth.
The residential developer behind the newly approved application, Wellington LTD, has already built new 11 homes at Lodge Road, on the edge of the village of Holton.

That development started in July 2017 and was completed in May 2017.
There is not yet any understanding on when the new work will be started or completed.
Holton Village School earlier this year had plans confirmed to build a standalone block with room for 30 pupils to cater for the village's growing population.
