Family and friends of a 34-year-old are set to walk miles in his hometown this weekend in his memory.
Ben Plumb, a father of three from Bungay, died in January 2020 after a long mental health battle.
Sue Plumb, Ben's mother, described him as someone who "loved nature and cooking".
His children, Amelie, Alfie, and Isla, recounted memories with their father, and how they enjoyed “playing board games and family days out such as Woburn Abbey.”
Amelie said she remembered a day they were running late for the cinema: “We rushed to get ready, rushed into the cinema only to be at the wrong cinema.”

Around his birthday, November 7, every year, his sister Holly Plumb, and Sue organise a walk and fundraiser that uses the slogan “Move your bum for Ben Plumb”.
Holly said: “We want to celebrate his life and bring some positivity.”
This is the fourth year the family are walking in Ben’s memory, with each year seeing 30 to 50 people taking part.
In that time, they have raised more than £10,000.

In the first year, they raised money for Norfolk and Waveney Mind charity, and for the past three years, they have raised money for MensCraft.
MensCraft is a Norfolk charity founded in 2010 that focuses exclusively on men’s health and wellbeing.
They have raised more than £1,000 so far for this year's walk.

Holly said: “We want to help break the stigma around men’s mental health.
“They don’t need to suffer in silence.”
There will be two walks that will take place on November 9.
There will be a longer walk around 12 miles long surrounding the Bungay area, and a shorter walk between 2 to 3 miles.
Both walks will start at the Buttercross, with the longer one beginning at 10am and the shorter one at 2pm.
The walks will finish at Earsham Queen's Head for food and drink.
