A healthcare partnership has been shortlisted for the Great British Care Awards.
St Elizabeth East Coast Hospice and East Coast Community Healthcare are in the running for the Palliative Care category in the East of England.
The awards celebrate achievements in the care sector, with winners set to be announced on November 1 in Milton Keynes.
Adele Madin, East Coast Community Healthcare's executive director of operations, said: “Our partnership with St Elizabeth East Coast Hospice has allowed us to extend crucial support to so many in need across our communities.
“Being shortlisted is a great honour."

St Elizabeth East Coast Hospice and East Coast Community Healthcare have been working together since April 2019 to provide free specialist palliative care in Great Yarmouth and Waveney.
Since the partnership started, more than 5,000 patients with progressive or life-limiting illnesses have received care.
Hanna McDowell, head of therapy and community care units, said: “We are incredibly proud to be nominated for this award alongside East Coast Community Healthcare.
“This is great recognition for the hard work of everyone in the partnership."
