An estate agent in a market town is celebrating awards success again.
TempleWicks Estate Agents in Station Road, Beccles, have triumphed in the British Property Awards.
The independent business won the award for "Estate Agent in Lowestoft and Beccles" in 2024, for the second successive year.
TempleWicks has been involved in residential letting and management industry for more than a quarter of a century, and has been selling properties for the last ten years.

Adam Halls, co-director for TempleWicks, said the feedback has been positive: "We have had some nice comments."
"We have a good team and it goes to show our level of customer service."
The company has won the lettings and sales awards for the past two years.

After the success of the awards, TempleWicks has now been shortlisted for a number of national awards which will be announced later in the year.
The British Property Awards hold local, regional, and national awards, and independently judges estate agents with a set of 25 criteria that focus on customer service levels.
