A town's medical centre has now been put up for sale.
Chet Valley Medical Practice in Loddon has been advertised for sale by GP Surveyors for £4m.
Located at George House in George Lane, the property is home to a GP practice and a dental practice.

The GP practice has a list size of nearly 9,500 patients.
Rebecca Reynard, business development manager at GP Surveyors, said under their lease agreements, "the GP and dentist will still continue".
