A yoga retreat for people who are new to the discipline is to be held in the south Norfolk countryside.
The retreat, hosted by Waveney Flow Yoga, will welcome all to create an inclusive, relaxed atmosphere.
Unlike traditional yoga escapes, this retreat emphasises fun and indulgence with local sourced food, wine and cheese on offer.
The retreat is located at Oak Hill Farm in Mendham, Harleston and will be held next month.
The retreat's founder, Tori Sadler said: “I wanted to create a retreat that I would want to go to. So many yoga offerings come with expectations and rules, and can be quite intimidating.
"We’ve created a laid-back experience that welcomes all bodies and abilities, offers wine, cheese, veggie and meat options, and encourages laughter and silliness with a bit of wobbly yoga moves.
"It’s yoga for real people.”
Guests can look forward to local dishes, including Norfolk's famous Fen Farm Dairy Baron Bigod cheese and a pub dinner at The Munnings in Mendham.
Also on offer is wild swimming in the River Waveney and yoga sessions for all.
The retreat costs £340 and takes place on September 6-8 in the Waveney Valley.
