A village charity shop has had to relocate after being given notice to leave its south Norfolk premises.
The Charity Shop in aid of Parkinson’s UK was launched in May 2017 by Vickie Cunnane and Elena Lacovara, both who are sufferers of the disease.
Based in Langley Road, Chedgrave, near Loddon, the pair wanted to raise funds for research into the disease.
The shop sells a range of items, including clothes, pictures, and children’s toys.
It also gave people who suffer from Parkinson’s disease the opportunity to speak to someone for advice and information.

Unfortunately, the shop was given notice to leave the property.
Jenny Bemment, manager of the Charity Shop, feared that was going to be the end of the shop.
“We had become part of the local community,” Ms Bemment said.
However, the shop was offered a two-storey premises in Loddon Business Park.
Ms Bemment said: “We decided to bite the bullet and take the chance.”
She added the biggest challenge was the “logistics” of the move, with two buildings of stock and furniture to move nearby.
“With the amazing help of volunteers, locals, and customers, to help pack, move, and unpack, five weeks of hard was accomplished.”
“Panel Graphics kindly did our new signage and Britannia Alan Cook provided a removal van.”
They are now looking forward to a future in their new home in Loddon, where Ms Bemment says it “is flourishing with lots of new customers”.
She added: “We are hoping to continue to build our community.”
She hopes there is a possibility of selling refreshments in the future, as some customers “spend up to three hours” in the shop.
Ms Bemment added: “The move has paid off. Thank you to everyone for your help and continued support.”
