A bakery established in a Norfolk town over 30 years ago has opened its newest shop.
The Tudor Bakehouse, based in Harleston, opened the doors to its latest outlet in Bungay on Monday morning, with queues of people flooding out of the door.
The bakery has moved into an old dress shop on the market place, opposite the Three Tuns pub in the heart of the town.
Shop manager, Ben Allen, said that moving to Bungay had always been an ambition of the business which already had shops in Eye, Diss and Harleston.
"We are really pleased to be opening in Bungay. It’s something which we have wanted to do for quite a while now so we are just delighted.
"There has been a really positive response from people in the town who have been so welcoming and after a busy first day really hope we can keep going and be here to stay.
"It's a lovely town with lots of good businesses here too and we hope to slot in and all help one another thrive."
Mr Allen said that there had been a big team effort to prepare the shop in time for Monday.
"We have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to get up and running so to see it in operation is really rewarding," he said.
"Of course, it is early day, but fingers crossed we can be a success for a long time here."

The Tudor Bakehouse was first established in 1991 by Paul Muncila, who first started working as a baker in Norwich when he was aged 23.
He opened the shop in the Market Place in Harleston, a town where he has two shops now.
