A new deli and coffee shop championing local produce is launching this weekend in a Norfolk town.
Loddon Deli & Coffee opens at 11am on Saturday, February 10 at Unit 1 Church Plain and the building used to be a toilet block.
It was bought at auction and siblings Paul and Emma Ellis, aged 29 and 34 respectively, then contacted the buyer about leasing it.

It was taken back to an empty shell and the whole space was transformed, including fresh walls and new windows, and it is now unrecognisable from its former use.
Mr Ellis, who previously worked at an engineering factory, said: "We always had in our minds that we wanted to open something like this.
"We both live in Loddon but growing up we lived in Menorca for 14 years, so we wanted to have a deli with Spanish influences."
Cubicles have been swapped for a deli counter packed with cold meats and cheeses, which includes products from local favourites such as Fen Farm Dairy and Marsh Pig Charcuterie.
Other items available to buy include bread, olive oils, honey, mayonnaise, jams, crackers, olives, pasta, Spanish chocolate and their own blend of coffee.

The latter is also served in the coffee shop, which has seating for around 20 people.
Also available to have in or takeaway are teas, cold drinks, croissants, sandwiches, vegan sausage rolls, toasted tea cakes, cakes and scones.
Mr Ellis added: "It is something new for Loddon and there has been lots of excitement on the local Facebook groups.
"We are using local suppliers where we can and we can also do gift boxes and platters."
Loddon Deli & Coffee is open from 11am to 2pm on February 10 and then Mondays to Saturdays from 7am to 4.30pm.
