Some of the best restaurants in Suffolk are celebrating after being named in the Tripadvisor Travellers' Choice Awards for 2023.
Based on reviews and opinions from customers, these eateries have been highly rated on Tripadvisor for their service, quality, customer satisfaction and more.
Here are the top five places to eat in Suffolk that have been included in the review site's guide.
1. Francela Restaurant
Out of 1,601 reviews on Tripadvisor 1,436 of them were 'Excellent', making it the number one restaurant in Suffolk.
The restaurant serves a selection of Mediterranean-inspired meals from its Bury St Edmunds town centre location.

2. The Green Man Inn
The Greeen Man Inn has a five star rating on Tripadvisor and has an excellent duck pond in the beer garden.
The restaurant serves a range of home made meals as well as a selection of local and regional ales.

3. Rose & Mango
Rose & Mango in Newmarket is yet another west Suffolk restaurant to pick up a Travellers' Choice award from Tripadvisor.
One happy customer said it was "one of the best Indian meals" they have ever had.
It has also received 274 'Excellent' ratings on Tripadvisor.
4. Blue Naan
With 531 'Excellent' reviews on Tripadvisor the Felixstowe Indian restaurant.
The restaurant serves a range of Asian dishes with a variety of vegan and vegetarian options.

5. Ocean Fish Platter
Ranked as the best fish and chip restaurants in Ipswich on Tripadvisor, Ocean Fish Platter is a must for those wanting to try seafood.
A wide range of platters are on the menu, as well as more traditional dishes like classic fish and chips.
The owners recently opened a second restaurant in Kesgrave.
