The signs of a town centre pub have been taken down after staff were told it was to close.
Last weekend, employees at the Caxton Arms in Beccles were called for an emergency staff meeting and told they were losing their jobs.
Left is the pub with the signs up, and right is the pub as of today:
It is said the managers said the pub would close on Sunday, October 1, as they decided not to renew their lease of the premises.
They also run The Mariners Compass in Gorleston and were approached for a comment.
