A company that has faced stiff opposition over its controversial plans to build an incinerator has arranged a question and answer session over the application.
VC Cooke, a waste management company, had plans to build an incinerator in Ellough, on the edge of Beccles, approved by Suffolk County Council in April despite mass objections.
There was widespread criticism from locals who opposed the plans and claimed that the applicant showed disregard to residents and failed to address them.
Following subsequent calls for transparency, even from the leader of East Suffolk Council, Caroline Topping, VC Cooke has arranged to host a meeting to brief the public on the plans.

The meeting is to be held at Beccles Public Hall and Theatre on Monday, August 21 at 6.30pm.
The public are invited to attend the meeting where the applicant will issue a briefing and answer questions.
VC Cooke has been working in Beccles since they were founded in 1960.
