Following the tragic death of family members to mental health-related issues, a 27-year-old woman is making a positive change in people's lives by providing low-cost counselling services in the town she lives.
Bethany Moyse, of Bungay, was left distraught and in need of counselling after the death of her brother and sister-in-law and said she was fortunate to get the help needed.
After becoming a fully qualified counsellor at Great Yarmouth in 2022, Ms Moyse realised how expensive and often inaccessible counselling services are.
She said: "As I trained to be a counsellor I realised how in demand the service is, but not just that, I realised how expensive it is for a lot of people.
"People who are in desperate need of help are going without because they need to prioritise food over help with their mental health support, it's just wrong and unfair.
"I started off with the goal of saving one life, and after achieving this I just want to save as many as I can by providing low-cost help to people."

Ms Moyse is determined to go "above and beyond" in providing caring and personable care.
"I am committed to going above and beyond, travelling to people's homes, and making sure my clients get the best and most personable service.
"I don't want people to feel insignificant, because all issues and feelings are important to be addressed.
"I know first-hand how tough it is and want to give back, so for me, the sky is the limit."

Ms Moyse currently has a website up and running which can be found at: //bethany5700.wixsite.com/counselling
But she is working in partnership to get a more professional one set up.
She said: "But I hope once I am fully up and running to get funding the sky is the limit for what I really want to achieve."
