New aerial photos show the Hearts Service station at Gillingham, near Beccles, which could double in size if plans are approved.
The services, on the roundabout where the A146 Norwich Road meets the A143 connection to Great Yarmouth, is already occupied by BP, McDonalds, Starbucks and KFC.
But a planning application was filed in February to expand the services which would see a farm shop, an electric vehicle charging hub, an M&S food store and a Greggs drive-through built.
Greggs already has more than 20 stores in Norfolk and over 1,800 across the UK, the closest to the services is 1.3 miles away in Beccles.
