A newsagent in a Suffolk village has filed a premises licence application to East Suffolk Council for permission to sell alcohol at the store.
Hillside News in Worlingham, near Beccles, has requested to be able to sell alcohol between opening hours of Monday to Sunday 6am to 10pm.
The shop on Hillside Avenue is independently run and is situated on the same road as a One Stop shop that has an alcohol licence.
