Numerous tools were stolen from a van parked outside a home in an early morning theft.
Police are seeking witnesses and are appealing for information in connection with the theft of tools from a van parked on Stanton Close in Beccles.
A police spokesman said: "On Tuesday, January 10 at approximately 3am in the morning, the family dog barked, waking the homeowner.
"On investigation outside they have found the rear door of the van open and several tools were missing.
"A Makita angle grinder, Makita side radio and various tools were stolen.
"It is thought the suspect(s) were disturbed by the dog barking.
"Can you help?"
