BRYANT PAUL HERBERT Of Lowestoft, beloved husband, father and grandfather, passed away on November 21st, 2022, aged 86, after a short illness. He leaves behind his loving wife Thalka, his sons Stephen and David, daughter-in-law Virginia and granddaughter Rachel. Paul was a teacher in the local district for much of his working life, with a number of years at Woods Loke Primary where he was highly regarded by his many pupils, until his retirement in 1993. A service will be held to celebrate Paul’s long life at St. Peter’s Church, Gunton Church Lane, Lowestoft, at 12 noon on Wednesday, December 14th, 2022, followed by internment at Gunton Woodland Burial Park, adjacent to the church. A reception at St. Peter’s Church Hall will be held afterwards. All are welcome. Flowers only from immediate family. Donations in lieu of flowers are invited, for the benefit of the Lowestoft Unity Centre (cheques payable to Lowestoft and District Mencap Society) which may be made on the day.
