BARBER PHILLIP (Phil) M.B.E. Of Oulton Broad (formerly of Mutford) passed away peacefully after a long illness at Lound Hall on October 25th 2015 aged 71 years. A dearly loved husband of Jill and a loving dad and grandad. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Funeral Service will take place at Gorleston Crematorium on Tuesday November 10th 2015 at 11.20 am.
