HAMMOND JACK Of Barnby, passed away peacefully in hospital on November 6th, 2015, aged 80 years. Dearly-loved husband of Beverly, much-loved dad of Paula and treasured grandad of Elise. The funeral service and burial will take place at St John the Baptist Church, Barnby on Tuesday, November 24th, 2015 at 11 a.m. All are welcome. No flowers please, but donations in memory of Jack, made payable to JPUH NHS Foundation Trust to Benefit (The Special Care Baby Unit), may be sent to Cossey Funeral Services, 4 Exchange Square, Beccles NR34 9HL.
