CARTER TONY RICHARD Of Carlton Colville, passed away tragically and unexpectedly on October 29th, 2015, aged 34. Beloved son of Jane and Alan Carter and special brother of Owen. Dearly loved and very sadly missed by all his family, friends and colleagues. The funeral will take place on Monday, December 7th, 2015, at 11 a.m. at Waveney Crematorium, Warrens Lane, Benacre Road, Ellough, Beccles NR34 7XE. All are welcome to attend and no formal dress code is necessary.
