GRAVES CLARE Of Lowestoft passed away suddenly at the James Paget Hospital on December 16th 2015 aged 42 years. A dearly loved mother of Hayden, loving daughter of Neil and Helen, a much loved sister to Steven and Jim, partner to Jason and a loving aunt and niece, will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Funeral Service will take place at Gorleston Crematorium on Tuesday January 12th 2016 at 11.20 am. Black optional.
