WINCUP DONALD CLIVE Of Oulton Broad passed away peacefully on December 22nd 2015 aged 82 years. A dearly loved father and grandfather who will be sadly missed. Local artist and retired Master Mariner. Funeral Service will take place at Waveney Memorial Park & Crematorium, Beccles on Wednesday January 13th 2016 at 2.00 pm.
