CHURCH FREDERICK Passed away at James Paget University Hospital on December 17th 2015, aged 91 years. Much loved and sadly missed. Funeral will take place at Gorleston Crematorium on Tuesday January 12th 2016 at 10 a.m. Family flowers only please but donations, if desired, may be made payable to the Stroke Association and given to the family at the service or sent to The Co-operative funeralcare, 1 Terminus Building, Pakefield Street, Lowestoft, Suffolk, NR33 0JT.
