COOK JOHN WILLIAM Of Clovelly Rise, Lowestoft suddenly passed away at James Paget University Hospital on January 13th 2016, aged 67 years. Loving husband of Josephine, loving dad and grandad. Funeral service will take place at Gorleston Crematorium on Friday January 29th 2016 at 9.20am. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired for JPUH NHS Foundation Trust (Sandra Chapman Unit) may be made at the service or handed to the family.
