HART SAMUEL FREDERICK On Thursday February 4th 2016 surrounded by his family, Sam aged 93 years. Beloved husband of Ivy and a loving dad, grandad and great grandad. He will be sadly missed by all. Funeral service will take place at Kirkley Cemetery Chapel on Thursday February 18th 2016 at 1.00pm followed by burial. Black Dress Optional.
