DOWNING BARBARA JOAN Passed away peacefully on February 29th 2016. A service will be held at 11am at Blundeston Church on Tuesday March 22nd. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to either UK Diabetes or Cancer Research and may be given at the service or sent to the Co-operative Funeralcare, Police Station Road, Lowestoft NR32 1NYYour tribute has been received.
