HUGMAN WILLIAM JAMES Billy Of Lowestoft passed away peacefully at home on March 18th 2016 aged 89 years. Loving husband to Marian (deceased). Loving dad, grandad and great- grandad. The funeral service is to be held at St Margarets Church on Tuesday April 12th at 11.15 am followed by burial in Lowestoft Cemetery. All flowers are welcome.
