LEWIS DAVID Passed away peacefully at James Paget University Hospital on April 17th 2016, aged 55 years. Beloved husband of Susan and dad of Jenny. Funeral service will take place at Gorleston Crematorium on Friday May 6th 2016 at 9.20am.
