HAMMOND IRIS Passed away at Britten Court on Friday May 13th 2016. A loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. The family would like to thank all at Blyford and Britten Court Care Homes for the care given to Iris. The funeral service will take place at St. Margarets Church on Tuesday May 31st at 10.45am followed by the burial at Lowestoft Cemetary. Family flowers only please, donations to Alzheimers Research UK may be sent to Co-operative Funeralcare, Police Station Road, Lowestoft NR32 1NY
