CASE JEFFREY THOMAS Passed away suddenly, but peacefully at home, after a long illness on July 7th, aged 45 Years. Much loved and greatly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service will be held at Gorleston Crematorium on Friday, July 29th at 11.20 a.m. The family have requested that casual clothing may be worn in memory of Jeff.
