CUTTER PAMELA FRANCES (formerly Garrard). Sadly passed away peacefully in Ipswich hospital on August 15, 2016. Loving wife of Jim, much loved daughter of Edna and step-dad David, mother of Allen and Andy and devoted grandmother to all her grandchildren. A Thanksgiving Service will be held at St Michael’s and All Angels Church, Boulge, Suffolk IP13 6BW on Tuesday September 6 at 2.30pm. Family flowers only please.
