CHATFIELD HAZEL Passed away peacefully at the James Paget Hospital on August 29th, aged 83 years. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service at St. Nicholass Church, Wrentham on Monday, September 19th at 11.30 a.m. followed by the burial.
