MIDDLETON THOMAS Passed away peacefully at home on November 29th aged 86. Beloved husband of Angela, father of Nicholas and Rachael and a much loved grandfather. He will be sadly missed by all. The funeral service will take place at Gorleston Crematorium on Monday December 19th at 2.00pm. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for The Sandra Chapman Unit (cheques made payable to JPUH NHS Foundation Trust) and may be given to the family.
