COOK JOHN Passed away peacefully after a short illness at the James Paget University Hospital on Thursday December 8th 2016, aged 73 years. Much loved husband of Yvonne. He will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved him. The funeral service will be at Waveney Memorial Park & Crematorium on Friday December 23rd 2016 at 3pm.
