MANSER IAN JIM Passed away peacefully in Colchester with his family around him on February 23rd, aged 84 years. Dear Husband of the late Barbara, Father of Sally, Roger and Helen. Brother of Patrick and the late Tony, Brother-in-law to Valerie and Gillian. Much-loved Grandfather and Great grandfather. Will be greatly missed.Your tribute has been received.
