CHURCHYARD JENNIFER CLARE Passed away peacefully at All Hallows Hospital, Ditchingham on April 29th, 2017, aged 77 years. Much-loved wife of Stephen, dearly-loved mother of Ben, Tom and Sophie, mother-in-law to Claire and Donna, grandma to Ellen, Cerys, Darcey and Daisy. Private family cremation followed by a memorial service at St Margarets Church, Ilketshall St. Margaret on Friday, May 19th, 2017, at 2 p.m. Family flowers only please, but donations, if desired, for Diabetes UK and the Friends of All Hallows Hospital may be sent c/o Rosedale Funeral Home, 12a Upper Olland Street, Bungay, NR35 1BG or via the online Much Loved memorial site at www.rosedalefuneralhome.co.uk
