McCOWAN ARTHUR (Mac) ERNEST Formerly of Victory Cycles, Lowestoft, died July 4th, 2017 aged 102. The family are grateful to Ward 6, James Paget Hospital who gave him a further 3 years of independent living after a hip replacement in May 2014.
