PALMER ROY (Pedlar) Suddenly but peacefully at his home in Kessingland, on October 8th 2017 aged 89 years. A loving husband of Jean for 63 wonderful years and a very special dad, grandad and great grandad. Funeral service will take place Waveney Memorial Park & Crematorium, Ellough on Monday October 23rd 2017 at 12.00 noon.
