SELF KEVIN ANDREW Sadly passed away August 19th, 2018, aged 58 years. Beloved husband of Song, dear father of Emma and Lee, son of Iris and Ivan (deceased). Funeral service to take place on Thursday, September 6th at 3 p.m., at Waveney Memorial Park and Crematorium, Ellough, Suffolk, NR34 7XE. Family flowers only please, but donations, if desired, to the Sandra Chapman Centre (cheques payable to JPUH NHS Foundation Trust) or the Louise Hamilton Centre (cheques payable to Palliative Care East) may be sent direct to the charity or given at the service.
