CAPPS PHYLLIS MAY It is with deep sadness we announce the death of Phyllis May Capps. Phyllis passed away peacefully on September 24th 2018, aged 84. A much loved wife, sister, mother, granny, great granny and friend. The memorial service will take place at Christchurch, Lowestoft on October 19th 2018 at 12 noon.
