MEADES SAMANTHA Passed away peacefully at home on November 10th 2018 aged 47 years. Loving wife to Graham. Devoted mum to her children. Also a loving sister to John. Sam will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service will take place at Waveney Memorial Park and Crematorium on, Friday November 30th 2018 at 2pm. Family flowers only please. Kind donations if desired to Cancer Research UK, may be given at the service or sent direct to the charity. Sam has requested mourners to wear a little something pink.
