SIMS CHARLIE Of Beccles, passed away peacefully on April 24th at Carlton Court Hospital, aged 83. Much loved husband of Sheila, father of Tilly, Chris and Carolyn, father-in-law to Diddy and David and grandad of Ruby and Daisy. A private funeral will take place with a celebration of Charlies life taking place at a later date.
