RUMSBY NOEL ROBERT Passed away peacefully at James Paget Hospital on April 26th, 2020, aged 87. Loving husband of the late Joan Rumsby, dearest brother of Ian, Janice and Brian (deceased). Loved and missed by all his family and friends. A private family cremation will take place mid May, a memorial service to celebrate Noels life will take place at a later date to which all will be welcome to attend.
