SIMS IVOR Passed away suddenly at home on February 5th 2021 aged 74 years. Husband of Maureen (deceased), dad of Gary, Gill and Heather, father-in-law and grandad. Ivor was a well known, respected, long serving, retired Fireman in Beccles. Those wishing to pay their respects are asked to line the pavement (socially distancing) either side of the Fire Station at approximately 12 noon on Monday, March 8th, for Ivor to make his final journey past the Fire Station at approximately 12.10 p.m. Due to the current restrictions the family are holding a private funeral service. No flowers by request, but donations in memory of Ivor for the Fire Fighters Charity may be sent c/o Rosedale Funeral Home, 22 Hungate, Beccles NR34 9TT or at ivorsims.muchloved.com
