HAMMOND AVERIL CLAUDINE Passed away peacefully at home on February 16th, 2021, aged 72 years. Beloved wife of Les, mother of Tonya, Karen and Gail, sister to Cicely, grandmother and great-grandmother. The family would like to thank all who cared for Averil and supported the family. The funeral service will take place at Mettingham Church on Thursday, March 11th, 2021, at 11 a.m., due to current restrictions this is strictly invitation only. Other family and friends who would like to pay their respects to Averil on her final journey are invited to line the route from Garden Close to the Tally Ho at Mettingham. No flowers please but donations in the form of cheques made payable to St Elizabeth Hospice for beds at Beccles Hospital are welcomed and may be sent c/o Rosedale Funeral Home, 12a Upper Olland Street, Bungay, Suffolk NR35 1BG or via the Much Loved online memorial tribute site at www.rosedalefuneralhome.co.uk.
