WATERS CAROL Of Lowestoft, passed away on February 13th, 2021, aged 64. Devoted and loving wife of James, much loved mum, nanny, auntie and sister who will be greatly missed by all her family. A private burial will take place, attendance will be by invitation only due to the current regulations.
