COWIE PEMELA ALICE Sadly passed away on April 2nd, 2021. Beloved wife of Charles (deceased), treasured mother of Ian, Graham and Richard. A much loved mother-in-law, devoted grandmother and great-grandmother. Greatly missed by all her family and friends. Forever loved and remembered.
