Paralympic champion awarded 'Freedom of Beccles'
Paralympic gold medallist William Ellard has been awarded the Freedom of Beccles. The 18-year-old, who won two gold and one silver medal at the Paralympic Games in Paris, was presented with the honour by Beccles mayor Colin Hill at a ceremony.
